Ingredients- 250 g rusks
- 1 small Jar Nutella
- 1 glass sour cherries
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- some cornstarch (Mondamin)
- Cinnamon, ground

- Crumble the rusks in a freezer bag with the rolling pin in portions and stir with 1 small glass of Nutella (if necessary, warm it up slightly beforehand in a water bath). Put this chocolate mixture in a baking dish and press down lightly.
- Heat the sour cherries with juice in a saucepan and thicken with a little moonamine. Let cool and then pour onto the chocolate mass.
- Beat the whipped cream, mix with the sour cream and spread over the top. Dust with cinnamon powder and allow to cool well until consumed.
