  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 ml mineral water, approximately
  • oil
  • Nutella
  • 2 egg (s) for breading
  • Breadcrumbs for breading

Instructions

  1. For the pancake batter, mix the flour, eggs, salt and milk with the hand mixer. Add enough mineral water to make a thin paste. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Heat some oil in the pan and bake thin pancakes from the batter.
  2. Let the pancakes cool a little, brush with Nutella, roll up and cut in half. Whisk the eggs. Turn the pancakes first in egg, then in breadcrumbs and bake in hot oil until golden brown.
