- 50 g oat flakes, tender as a flower
- water, hot
- 100 g applesauce, with no added suar
- cinnamon powder
- N / A sweetener

- Pour hot water over the oatmeal until covered. Let it steep for about 5 minutes (must not be rock-hard). Season with cinnamon and sweetener and mix in the applesauce.
- Makes a delicious, filling, low-calorie oat and apple puree.
