Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Beat the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar for a few minutes. Mix the oatmeal with the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and chopped couverture.
  3. Then add the whole thing to the butter mixture and stir in. Shape the dough into small balls (approx. 2 cm in diameter), place on a baking sheet and flatten lightly with a floured fork. Please do not put the balls too close to each other (a sheet of 12 pieces) as they diverge.
  4. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edge browns slightly.
  5. Sufficient for approx. 4 trays.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
