  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar (the remaining 50 g), flour, lemon sugar, vanilla sugar, margarine and baking powder with a kitchen utensil for approx. 3 minutes. Then fold in the caramelized oatmeal and cranberries with a spoon.
  3. Lay out parchment paper on a baking sheet. Now use two spoons to spread small heaps of the dough on the baking sheet. Bake the biscuits at 175 degrees for 5 minutes on top and bottom heat and 5 minutes on top heat. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and let the biscuits cool.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
