Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • some broth, grains
  • 1 bunch chives
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic, knead with quark, eggs, oat flakes and cheese and season to taste with salt, pepper and vegetable stock. Let it soak for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the chives into rolls, work them into the mixture and use them to form meatballs about the size of a finger.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  4. This fits e.g., Béchamel and similar sauces or tartar sauce and also leaf salads.
