Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla pudding powder for cooking, low in calories, from Natreeen
  • 250 ml milk, low in fat
  • 60 g oatmeal, tender
  • 150 ml soy milk (soy drink), light
  • 150 ml water
  • sweetener
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 5 g flaked almonds
  • 100 g berries your choice

Instructions

  1. Cook the pudding with the milk according to the package instructions and set aside for a moment.
  2. Mix the oatmeal, soy milk, water and sweetener and simmer for 5 minutes. Put the lid on the pot and set it aside for a moment.
  3. Mix the quark with only sweetener until smooth. Do not use milk or water!
  4. Mix the pudding, oatmeal and quark together and place on a soup plate.
  5. Sprinkle the oatmeal pudding with the washed and selected berries and flaked almonds and enjoy lukewarm.
  6. The amount saturates a person as a complete meal. I recommend half a portion for dessert.
