Instructions

  1. Whisk the low-fat quark, raisins and eggs into a mixture. Process the oatmeal into a flour with a mixer. Mix the flour well with the egg white powder, spelled flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Then add the flour mix in portions to the low-fat quark mix and whisk. If necessary, add a little sweetener and lemon flavor. When everything is whisked together, add 2 more large shots of mineral water and mix. The dough should be quite tough. Now bake the batter in a waffle iron of your choice. Makes about 11 large waffle hearts.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
