Ingredients
- 100 ml water
- 150 ml milk
- 50 g oat flakes, fine
- 2 teaspoons flaxseed
- 1 small apple
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 kiwi (s)
- some vanilla from the pod or grinder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- Almond (s), chopped for garnish

- Mash the banana. Cut the kiwi into slices. Grate the apple.
- Put the milk and the water in a saucepan, add the vanilla and cinnamon and bring to the boil while stirring. Stir in the oatmeal and flaxseed and continue to simmer. Stir it so that nothing burns.
- When the desired consistency is reached, stir in the banana and apple, let it warm up and then pour the porridge onto a plate. Place the kiwi slices on the porridge and sprinkle with chopped almonds as desired.
