Ingredients

  • 500 g okra pods, small ones
  • 2 tomato (s), diced
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Remove the stalk from the soft, small okra and cut into 2 cm pieces. Put in a saucepan and only pour about 2 cm of water, do not cover the okra. Add onions and tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and chilli and cook covered for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Season to taste and serve as a side dish.
