Okroshka Ingredients

  • Boiled eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Doctor’s sausage – 250 g
  • Fresh cucumbers – 3 pcs. (250-300 g)
  • Boiled potatoes – 2 pcs. (250-300 g)
  • Radish (optional) – 3 pcs.
  • Greens (traditionally green onions, but I only had dill) – 50-60 g or to taste
  • Kvass – 1.5 l

Okroshka Instructions

  1. Dice all the ingredients: cucumbers, radishes (if used) …
  2. Mix everything, layout on plates.
  3. Fill with kvass, decorate okroshka with half an egg and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
