Okroshka on Kefir Ingredients

  • Kefir – 1 glass
  • Boiled meat (veal or chicken) – 200 g
  • Boiled potatoes – 1 pc.
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Radish – 3 pcs.
  • Boiled egg – 1 pc.
  • Greens (dill, green onions, parsley) – 1 bunch (to taste)
  • Salt (sea salt) – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste

Okroshka on Kefir Instructions

  1. Cut or tear boiled veal or chicken into small pieces by hand.
  2. Cut potatoes, boiled in their skins and peeled, into small cubes.
  3. Hard-boiled egg, cut into cubes.
  4. Finely chop the radish.
  5. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  6. Chop the greens finely.
  7. Combine prepared foods in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and mix well.
  8. For a beautiful presentation of the dish, you can serve okroshka using a garnish ring. Gently place the mixture on a plate and cover it with kefir.
