  1. Chop green onions and dill and cook with salt until juiced.
  2. Add diced boiled sausage or boiled pork, fresh cucumber, boiled eggs, and potatoes. Add radish if desired.
  3. Pour in kefir, water. Salt, add mustard and pepper for pungency.
