Okroshka on Kefir Ingredients

  • Kefir 1% – 1 l
  • Carbonated water – 300-400 ml
  • Boiled sausage – 300 g
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Cucumber – 2 pcs.
  • Radish – 6 pcs.
  • Green onions – 1 bunch
  • Dill – 1 bunch
  • Mustard – 1-2 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt

How to cook okroshka on kefir:

Okroshka on Kefir Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
  2. Cut the radish into cubes.
  3. Finely chop the dill.
  4. Chop the onion.
  5. Cut the sausage into cubes. Send all chopped food to the pan.
  6. Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater into a saucepan.
  7. Pour everything with kefir.
  8. Add mineral water to okroshka.
  9. Add salt, pepper, and mustard to okroshka.
