  • Carbonated mineral water (table, unsalted) – 0.5 l
  • Smoked sausage – 200 g
  • Boiled potatoes – 2-3 pcs.
  • Boiled eggs – 3-4 pcs.
  • Fresh cucumbers – 2-3 pcs.
  • Green onions – 1 bunch
  • Greens (dill, parsley) – 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  1. Peel boiled potatoes, cut into cubes.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into cubes. Finely chop the greens and green onions. Peel the eggs, cut into cubes (leave one egg to decorate the dish).
  3. Dice the smoked sausage.
  4. Combine all chopped ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix everything well.
