Ingredients

  • 1 jar olives, black, without stone
  • 1 jar olives, green, without stone
  • 2 pts. Feta cheese
  • 1 point cocktail tomatoes (corresponds to approx. 250 g)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and finely chop the parsley. Pierce the tomatoes with a sharp knife. Chop the garlic as well and then mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Now stir everything, season with salt and pepper and let it steep overnight.
