Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • salt
  • 150 g olives, finely diced black
  • 100 g ham, raw
  • 150 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

  1. Put the flour with the yeast in a bowl, mix with the water and 50 ml olive oil and cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the ham into fine strips / cubes. Then add the ham, olives and salt to the dough.
  3. Spread the rest of the oil into a loaf pan and pour the dough into the pan, leave to rise for another 45 minutes.
  4. Put the mold in the preheated oven (about 200 °) and after about 10 minutes of baking time, scratch the top lengthways with a knife. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Take the bread out of the oven, let it cool down briefly and turn it out of the pan.
  6. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
