  • Lavash – 1 pc.
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Boiled sausage – 50 g
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Green onion – 3 feathers
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 1 tbsp

  1. Prepare foods on the list.
    If desired, the sausage can be replaced with ham.

  2. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat a little with a fork.
  3. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. Pour the egg mass into the skillet, reduce heat to low and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the egg mass has set.
  4. Cut a circle out of the pita bread to the dia of the pan, put on top of the omelet.
  5. Cover the skillet with a plate.
  6. Gently turn the pan over so that the omelet falls onto the plate.
  7. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and put on half of the omelet.
  8. Cut the sausage into small cubes and place on top of the cheese.
  9. Finely chop the green onion  with a knife. Place chopped onion on top of the sausage.

  10. Gently fold the stuffed pita bread in  half, put back in the pan and fry over low heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
  11. A hearty and beautiful omelet in pita bread is ready.
