  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Smoked sausage – 80 g
  • Hard cheese – 40 g
  • White bread – 30 g
  • Fresh parsley – 5 g (4-5 sprigs)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) – 1 teaspoon

  1. Prepare foods according to the list.
    If desired, smoked sausage can be replaced with ham or boiled sausage.

  2. Cut the sausage into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  3. Break the eggs into a deep bowl.
  4. Pour in milk. Add salt and ground pepper.
  5. Shake with a fork or whisk.
  6. Add shredded cheese and sausage to the omelet mixture. Rinse the parsley, dry it, chop finely with a knife and send to a bowl, if desired, setting aside a pinch of herbs for serving.
  7. Break the bread into small pieces with your hands and add to a bowl.

  9. Grease a microwave-safe baking dish (glass or ceramic, no gilding or metal elements). Put the prepared omelet mixture into the mold. Cook in the microwave at full power (800 kW) for about 4 minutes.
