  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Rye bread – 2-3 slices
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Tomato – ½ pc.
  • Hard cheese – 20 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. We prepare products.

  2. Drive the eggs into a bowl.
  3. Add milk, salt and black pepper to the eggs.
  4. Beat the eggs with a whisk until smooth.
  5. We cut each slice of bread in half.
  6. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  7. Put slices of bread in a frying pan and fry on each side for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Cut the tomato into slices.
  9. Place the tomato slices on the bread.
  10. Pour the egg mass into the pan, cover with a lid and keep on fire until the eggs are completely set.

  11. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  12. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle the omelet with grated cheese.
