Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 415 ml chicken broth
  • 240 ml cream
  • 225 g penne
  • 340 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken breast and fry in hot oil. Chop the garlic, add and fry briefly. Add the chicken stock, cream and pasta and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the grated parmesan.
  2. Serve with parsley.
