Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ marjoram
  • some pepper
  • some paprika powder
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • Bacon, diced as desired

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and roast it with the bacon in a little clarified butter, allow to cool a little.
  2. Make a yeast dough from flour, yeast, spices and water, knead the bacon and onion cubes underneath and let rise for about 1 hour.
  3. Place the dough on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan and sprinkle with a little water.
  4. Bake at 200 ° C for approx. 50 minutes
