  • 2 pork schnitzel or turkey schnitzel
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 bag ready mix for onion soup
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • garlic
  • 1 dash water or milk

Instructions

  1. Season the washed schnitzel with pepper, paprika and garlic. Place the seasoned schnitzel in an ovenproof dish. Mix the cream with the cone onion soup, possibly add a dash of water or milk if you don`t want the sauce to be too thick at the end. Spread the cream and onion mixture on the schnitzel. Then at 180 ° C forced air in the oven. If you don`t like the surface too dark, you can cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil for the first 20 minutes. The turkey schnitzel takes about 30-40 minutes, the pork schnitzel a little longer (about 60 minutes).
  2. Of course, you can refine this recipe with all imaginable ingredients (e.g. cheese, herbs or vegetables).
  3. Rice and lettuce taste great with this, but a simple baguette is also delicious.
