Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry, ready-made fresh or frozen
- 1 package sheep cheese
- 3 onion (s), white
- 3 onion (s), red
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup goat cream cheese
- 8 leaves sage, small
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 egg (s)
- Lemon peel
- Lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper

- Preheat oven to 160 ° C.
- Line a springform pan with the (defrosted) puff pastry, pierce a few holes with a fork. Cut the red and white onions into thin rings, halve the spring onions lengthways. Sauté all onions in a little olive oil, season with a little lemon juice and zest, pepper. Let cool down. Spread half of the onion mixture on the puff pastry. Crumble the sheep cheese over it.
- Mix the sour cream with goat cream cheese and two eggs, add a little cayenne pepper. Pour this mixture over the sheep`s cheese, smooth out. Then top the remaining onion mixture with halved strips of bacon and sage. Grind fresh pepper over it again.
- Put the whole thing in the preheated oven for about half an hour. Is perfect as a party souvenir or with light wine.
