Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 500 g onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil

  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 2 teaspoons broth, grained
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Rinse the schnitzel, pat dry and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel in it. Take out, season with salt and put in one
