  • 10 walnuts
  • 3 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon orange juice

Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly grate the carrots. Peel the orange and cut into small pieces. Peel and chop the walnuts as well. Mix the oil with the vinegar and orange juice. Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
