  • 6 half walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, sweeter
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard, finer (Zwergenwiese) or medium hot
  • 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ peanut oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the orange and chop the walnut halves into small pieces. Whip the orange juice with the other ingredients into a vinaigrette, season well. Mix with the salad.
  2. Tip: try it out with a blood orange. Very delicate.
