Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 140 g powdered suar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 pinch clove (s), ground
  • 1 pinch coriander
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 40 g orane peel
  • 250 g hazelnuts, round
  • 60 wafers, round

For the cast:

  • 75 g powdered suar
  • 3 tablespoon orange juice
  • Sugar - sprinkles, colorful

Instructions

  1. Place the orange peel in the freezer for a few hours.
  2. Beat the eggs with the electric hand mixer for a good five minutes until they are foamy, gradually adding the powdered sugar, salt, cinnamon and the other ground spices.
  3. Finely grind the orange peel in the blitz chopper, add to the dough with the hazelnuts and fold in.
  4. Spread the batter evenly on the wafer and smooth it out. Bake at 175 ° C in a preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Mix the orange juice and powdered sugar for the icing and spread on the cooled cookies. Sprinkle with sprinkles of sugar.
