Ingredients
- 1 scoop mozzarella
- 1 orange (s)
- some vanilla, ground
- Crema di balsamic vinegar
- salt
- some basil leaves

- Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Distribute these evenly on 2 plates (for starters). Sprinkle with some ground vanilla. Fillet an orange and place the pieces on the mozzarella slices. Drizzle with balsamic cream and garnish with a few basil leaves.
- If you want, you can put a pinch of salt on the mozzarella slices in front of the vanilla.
- The dish could also be warmed up slightly in the oven before serving. It tastes warm and cold.
