Instructions

  1. Wash the oranges carefully and boil them in boiling water for 90 minutes. After boiling, remove the oranges from the water and wait for them to cool. The oranges are then halved and mixed with the soft peel in a bowl. Then add eggs, sugar, almonds and baking powder. Pour the batter into muffin cups.
  2. Important: Grease the molds beforehand with butter and make small circles of baking paper for the base.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for about 30 minutes.
