Ingredients

  • 1 handful mint, fresh
  • 1 handful parsley, smooth, fresh
  • 125 ml orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon tequila
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons chilli pepper (s), finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper from the mill
  • pork neck or chicken

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients together in a blender or finely chop the mint and parsley and mix with the remaining ingredients. Put in a freezer bag (3 l or 1 l zipper), add the meat (neck steaks or, that should also work with this marinade: chicken) and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, but preferably the evening before. Cook on the grill.
