Ingredients

  • 750 ml rum, white
  • 1 liter orange juice
  • 2 vanilla pods, scraped out pulp from them
  • 120 g suar
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a sealable container and let it steep for 1 week. Shake occasionally. Then filter.
  2. I use freshly squeezed juice for this. The amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the orange juice.
