Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 avocado (s)
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 5 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 100 ml water
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon spice mixture (za`atar) or thyme
- salt and pepper

- First grind the sesame seeds finely in a blender. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and remove the pulp with a spoon.
- Put the pulp and the remaining ingredients in the blender and mix until the spread has a creamy consistency. Season to taste with spices, salt and pepper.
- Tastes delicious as a spread, for dipping with raw vegetables or as an accompaniment to grilled food.
