Oven Baked Pumpkin with Potatoes

Ingredients
- Pumpkin – 300 Grams
- Potatoes – 400 Grams
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt – To taste
- Pepper – To taste
- Spices – To taste
Directions
- Prepare your ingredients. Preheat the oven immediately, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
- Peel potatoes, wash and dry. Cut the potatoes into medium sized sticks
- Peel and rinse the pumpkin, cut into medium cubes.
- Prepare a dish for the oven, transfer the pumpkin and potatoes to it.
- Pour oil to the vegetables, add spices.
- Seal the tin with foil, then bake the vegetables for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
