To prepare such a kebab in the oven, you need a minimum set of products, and skewers are not needed at all. Marinated pieces of meat with herbs are simply roasted in the oven.
Ingredients
Fatty pork – 500 g
Cilantro – 0.5 bunch
Fresh parsley – 0.5 bunch
Leaf celery – 1-2 branches
Ground nutmeg – 0.25 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Lemon juice – 6 tablespoons
Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
Directions
Chop the greens finely.
In a large bowl, combine the herbs, lemon juice and all the spices.
Cut the meat into pieces of about 5 cm.
Put the meat in the marinade, mix well, leave for 15 minutes.
Then place the pork slices on an oiled baking sheet (covered with foil) and place in the preheated oven. Bake the shish kebab in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes (do not overexpose the meat so that it is not dry).
Garnish the finished pork skewers with fresh herbs and serve.
