Ingredients

  • 50 g oat flakes, hearty
  • 100 g natural yourt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 apple, slightly sour, e.g. Elstar
  • 180 g applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon raisins, amount according to your own preferences
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp
  • some cinnamon to sprinkle with
  • some sugar to sprinkle with

Instructions

  1. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces. Then mix all the ingredients together and leave to stand in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Just stir the next morning and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar again.
  3. My tip: heat the mixture in the microwave and enjoy warm or hot for breakfast.
