Ingredients

  • 150 g cereal flakes, mixed
  • 150 ml pear juice
  • 8 tablespoon sloes
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • Use 1 pinch (s) clove powder sparingly
  • 4 tablespoon yogurt or kefir

Instructions

  1. Soak the cereal flakes in the pear juice overnight. Core the sloes the following day.
  2. Mix the sloes, honey, cinnamon and cloves with the flakes. Serve with a dollop of yogurt.
