Ingredients
- 150 g cereal flakes, mixed
- 150 ml pear juice
- 8 tablespoon sloes
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
- Use 1 pinch (s) clove powder sparingly
- 4 tablespoon yogurt or kefir

- Soak the cereal flakes in the pear juice overnight. Core the sloes the following day.
- Mix the sloes, honey, cinnamon and cloves with the flakes. Serve with a dollop of yogurt.
