Ingredients

  • 100 g pak choi
  • 100 g pineapple, fresh, peeled
  • 1 small banana (s)
  • 120 ml coconut water, possibly a little more, no coconut milk
  • some ginger, peeled, grated
  • possibly agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Wash the pak choi, shake dry and cut into strips. Roughly chop the pineapple and peeled banana, puree with pak choi, ginger and coconut water in a blender. If necessary, dilute a little and sweeten with agave syrup if necessary.
