Ingredients

  • 500 g asparaus
  • 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 handful chives
  • 1 dash vinegar
  • 1 dash oil, tasteless
  • salt and pepper
  • some mustard

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the asparagus and cut off the cuts. Cut into pieces about 2 cm in size and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Then drain well.
  2. Cut the boiled eggs into small pieces and dice the boiled ham. Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls.
  3. Put everything in a bowl, season with mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil.
  4. Let it steep and eat fried potatoes.
