  • Beets (boiled in peel) – 400 g
  • Pickled champignons – 150 g
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Mayonnaise – 100 ml
  • Salt to taste

  2. Boil the beets in a peel, cool, peel, finely grate, squeeze out excess juice.

  3. Chop the marinated champignons with a knife, add to the beets.
  4. Pass the garlic through a press, add to the beets and mushrooms. Season with mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste, mix. Grease the pancake with the finished filling, fold in a triangle and can be served.
