- 8 tablespoon sugar
- 8 tablespoon flour
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 g chocolate
- 100 g butter

- Dough:
- Beat the egg yolks with sugar and add the flour, me and cream.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
- Bake the pancakes one after the other in a pan from one side only and place them on top of each other, always the baked side on the raw side. Sprinkle every second with chopped walnuts and vanilla sugar.
- Finally, melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave and pour over the cake.
- Visually not a highlight, but a treat for the palate.
