Ingredients

  • 120 grams flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 250 ml milk, low in fat
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 teaspoons herbs, chopped
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 400 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • some sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, eggs and milk, season with salt, pepper and herbs and allow to soak a little.
  2. Dice tomatoes, cut spring onions into rings and mix with lamb`s lettuce. Chop the basil, mix with vinegar and olive oil and season with salt, pepper and sweetener.
  3. Brush the pan with 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil and bake 4 pancakes one after the other until golden. Place the pancakes on a plate, spread the salad on top and serve drizzled with dressing.
