  • 600 ml water, cold
  • 300 g rye flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Butter or sunflower oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients together in a bowl and mix for 3 minutes. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes and then stir again.
  2. Then preheat the pan, add a ladle of batter for each pancake and fry in the butter on both sides for about 1 minute.
