Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 5 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (vinegar essence)
  • 250 ml water, h
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock, grained
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon cucumber liquid
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in their skins until cooked.
  2. In the meantime, cut the cucumber into slices and dice the onions. Both
  3. put in a bowl. Add the oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar and cucumber stock and stir well.
  4. When the potatoes are ready, peel and slice them and add them to the bowl as well.
  5. Now bring the water to the boil, add the vegetable stock and stir. Then pour this broth over everything and mix vigorously.
  6. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and possibly vinegar.
