Ingredients

  • 240 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoon sauce, (teriyaki sauce, alternatively soy sauce)
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 papaya, ripe
  • 2 onion (s), red

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into large pieces. Mash the garlic, mix with the teriyaki sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Marinate the chicken in it for about 1 hour.
  2. Core the papayas, roughly dice and cut the onions into wedges.
  3. Water 6 skewers. Place the chicken pieces, onion wedges and papaya pieces alternately on the skewers, cook on the grill for about 20 minutes, turning once.
