Ingredients

  • 425 g beef, cooked out the can
  • 1 onion (s), sliced
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 150 ml beer
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g pasta
  • Parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Put the meat in a saucepan and cut with a fork. Add onions, garlic, beer, paprika powder, tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring slowly to a boil, cover the saucepan and let everything simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Boil the pasta and place on a preheated serving platter. Put the meat mixture in the center of the plate with a spoon and garnish with parsley.
  3. Serve with a salad.
  4. Also tastes good with other types of meat from a can or with meat from the butcher.
