Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), orange
  • 1 cup cream cheese with garlic
  • 1 cup cream cheese (Puszta cream cheese)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, grainier
  • 1 cup cream cheese with chives or herbs
  • parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 2 radishes, small pretzels to decorate

Instructions

  1. Wash and quarter the peppers. Remove seeds and white separating membranes. Wash, peel and grate the carrots and mix with the grainy cream cheese with lemon juice. Leave the rest of the cream cheese as it is.
  2. Fill the bell pepper boats with the fresh cheeses and decorate with parsley and salted pretzels or radish slices.
