Ingredients

  • 1 packet tomato (s), happened
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • 2 small chili peppers, or fresh peppers
  • salt
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Clean the vegetables, chop them roughly, put them in a saucepan with the remaining ingredients and let them cook for 20 minutes. Puree and bring to the boil again.
  2. Makes about 3 - 4 plates
  3. Tastes even better with one tablespoon of sour cream per plate (+ 0.5 P.)
