- 2 red pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s)

- 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
- 2 small chili peppers, or fresh peppers

- Clean the vegetables, chop them roughly, put them in a saucepan with the remaining ingredients and let them cook for 20 minutes. Puree and bring to the boil again.
- Makes about 3 - 4 plates
- Tastes even better with one tablespoon of sour cream per plate (+ 0.5 P.)
