Ingredients
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 200 g sour cream or crème fraiche
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 clove (s) garlic, possibly more
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt and pepper
- possibly chilli

- Cut the peppers into small cubes, press the garlic. Put both in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients. Taste hearty. If you like it a bit spicier, add a little chilli and one or two additional cloves of garlic.
- Put the whole thing in the refrigerator for a few hours, but it doesn`t have to be. I never do it because I always need the dip right away. Super delicious with baguette or grilled.
