Ingredients

  • 500 g white cabbae
  • 2 bell peppers (1 red + 1 green)
  • 1 can tomato (s) (pizza tomato)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 ml wine, white, dry
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • food starch

Instructions

  1. Clean the cabbage and paprika, remove the hard stalk and separating membranes, then cut into 2 cm diamonds.
  2. Peel and dice the onion.
  3. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion cubes until translucent. Add the vegetables, fry them briefly, then deglaze with the stock.
  4. Add the pizza tomatoes, reduce the heat, cover and simmer over a low heat for around 20 minutes.
  5. Mix the cornstarch in the wine and use it to thicken the dish a little.
  6. Season to taste with salt, pepper and parsley.
  7. Serve with boiled potatoes or fresh white bread and green salad.
